Job Title: Warehouse Manager/Lead

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse coordinators and report to the Assistant Plant Manager. This role requires strong computer skills to learn the E1 (SAP system) and perform quick math. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with the Logistics Coordinator, Quality Department, and Sanitation to ensure products are shipped on time and meet quality standards. Working in a LEAN environment, the Warehouse Supervisor will need to know all duties of a Warehouse Coordinator, including operating forklifts, picking, packing materials, labeling, shipping, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Regular communication with clients regarding shipments and orders is also required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse coordinators

• Report to Assistant Plant Manager

• Learn and use the E1 (SAP system)

• Perform quick math calculations

• Maintain strong relationships with the Logistics Coordinator, Quality Department, and Sanitation

• Ensure products are shipped on time and meet quality standards

• Perform duties of Warehouse Coordinator, including operating forklifts, picking, packing materials, labeling, and shipping

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding shipments and orders

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of Logistics Coordinating experience

• 2+ years of SAP/ERP experience

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• Forklift operation

• Inventory control

• Quality inspection

• Shipping & receiving

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic math skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Work Environment

1st shift (7am-4pm) Mon - Fri. The work environment is climate controlled and follows GMP standards, requiring a hair net, beard net, steel toes, and a smock.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $74880.00/yr.
