Job Description

As an experienced professional in Supply Chain Management, this role significantly contributes to the success of the organization. This individual has the opportunity to lead small projects within supply chain management, pursuing daily objectives that have a major impact on the strategies and operational goals of the supply chain.

The responsibilities include implementing moderate improvements in supply chain management processes and systems. Additionally, this professional works to influence other functions and vendors to support and enhance the supply chain strategy. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach, this role plays a crucial part in optimizing and improving the organization's suppy chain activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the weekly availability of an updated statistical forecast.

  • Develop and maintain Demantra functionality.

  • Manage the Demantra system, including user authorizations and report definitions.

  • Secure and maintain Demantra knowledge and related standard work.

  • Create and maintain a training program.

  • Plan for FC accuracy and bias improvement.

  • Maintain excellent relationships within the PSI team, finance, and IT.

  • Build strong internal relationships with local logistic teams, customer service, Commercial Operations, Sales, and product management.

  • Take a leading role in process improvement projects as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, or Mathematics.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar working environment/role.

  • In-depth knowledge of planning and forecasting processes and tools.

  • Knowledgeable about Supply Chain concepts.

  • Affinity with advanced IT systems (especially DEMANTRA / ORACLE APS PROD).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to identify process problems, advise solutions, and lead process improvements.

  • Awareness of compliance risks involved.
