Job Title: Bilingual School Transport Service Representative

Position Type: Temporary; 40 hours/ per week (2 months)

Pay Range: $20.00/ per hour

Work Location: Welland, ON

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

We are currently seeking dynamic customer service representatives for an organization in Welland. The successful candidate will be responsible for Facilitating interactions with members of the French community in a way that is in accordance with the organizations service delivery strategy. Establishes rapport and promotes effective relationships while performing day-to-day activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with members of the community to ensure that concerns are addressed in the most efficient manner

• Follow up with residents to identify and support their need

• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

• Offer value-added solutions and promote loyalty by providing exceptional support

• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

• Maintain up to date knowledge of new policies, procedures and products

• Data entry and file maintenance

• Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) is a must

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure

• Proficient computer skills

• Clean Criminal Background Check
