Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Configuration Analyst I in West Chester, Ohio. As a Configuration Analyst, your main function will be to examine the impact of product design modifications on the final product's design and function. You will also be responsible for creating the documentation required for these changes, coordinating with customers and manufacturers to set up change reporting processes, and ensuring adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze product design changes to determine their effect on the end product's design and function

• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to establish a process for change reporting

• Prepare necessary documentation for product design changes

• Review released engineering change data and change documenting activities

• Ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies

• Supervise the implementation of changes and report on their progress

• Use your knowledge of practices and procedures within the field to perform your job functions

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the change process

• Report to your supervisor on a regular basis.

Requirements • Proficiency in Configuration Management is mandatory

• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required

• Must have strong capabilities in Documentation and Reporting

• Experience in designing Procedures and Policies is essential

• Ability in Design and Supervising tasks is a must

• Knowledge of best Practices in the respective field is expected

• Must be able to Ensure Adherence to policies and procedures

• Prior experience in Engineering Change is highly desirable

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is required

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail is essential

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
