Industrial Painter

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

• Ensure all painted surfaces meet quality standards.

• Maintain and clean painting equipment.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an industrial painter.

• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing type of environment.

• Climate controlled areas.

• 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm (M-F).

• Contract to Hire - 4 months.
