West Jordan Clinic is a Same Day Services Clinic at which you’ll work collaboratively with a team of providers to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).

Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.

Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.

BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

• At least 2 years of Same Day Services experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$54.84 - $84.63
