Description

Park Inc seeks a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant General Manager to support our valet operation at a client location in West Memphis, AR. This role will collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest and client satisfaction through effective team supervision and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong working relationship with the designated site's point of contact.- Train team members in job site operations, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.- Manage staff performance, including employee relations, retention, training, coaching, and safety.- Assist in the hiring and termination processes, collaborating with Human Resources as needed.- Ensure proper maintenance of company equipment and manage property damage claims.- Conduct routine audits and "mystery shop" assessments in designated areas.- Create and communicate staff schedules, ensuring coverage and efficiency.- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including timekeeping.- Optimize processes for efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.- Facilitate onsite communications with customers, clients, and management.- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for both the client and the company.

    Requirements:

  • Open availability to cover 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as required.- Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment, parking management preferred

  • Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels

  • Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions within assigned deadlines

  • Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions

  • Must possess a valid drivers license at all times

  • Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record

  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)

  • This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours

  • Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
