Prior ABA experience required, with at least 1 year working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Comfortable interacting with children and implementing physical intervention strategies if necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being. Capable of working with children who display behavior problems, utilizing effective strategies to address interfering behaviors.
