HKK Machining is actively searching for a dedicated team members who wants to grow with us! You are an experienced tool & die maker looking for a long-term home, on 1st shift! We have a job openings! Machinists, Toolmakers; Die Maintenance & Die Troubleshooting. Progressive die experience a huge plus. We are looking for an individual that can maintain our stamping dies and troubleshoot issues as they arise. We also need help in our job shop machining environment. Responsibilities: • Shim & sharpen, inspect and maintain production tooling • Troubleshoot dies in the press and on the bench • Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments • Modify parts and materials to improve overall production • Perform routine maintenance on machinery • Strong math skills a plus

Qualifications: • STRONG experience in progressive metal stamping and other related fields, preferred. • Proven skill with machine tools and equipment (Grinders, Mills, Lathes) • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Attention to detail • Able to follow direction • Eagerness to learn (we're willing to train)

Extra credit for: • CAD/CAM Skills • Print control and revision management • General computer skills (ie. excel, outlook, placing online orders) • Stainless Steel and Exotic metals experience • Advanced Progressive Die trouble shooting experience • New die build experience and error proofing experience

*Salary $ range is based on total compensation package and previous experience.
