JPMorgan Chase Business Manager - Debit Product in Westerville, Ohio

As the Business Manager, you will directly work with the Consumer Banking Debit product leader as well as their direct reports to provide strategic support, reporting, and insights across the organization. This role is an exceptional opportunity to: learn and gain invaluable institutional, operational, strategic development and execution experience, have visibility to senior leadership, and support a dynamic leadership team.

You will regularly engage with senior leadership and a wide array of stakeholders to support projects, business reviews, strategic priorities, help ensure strong communications, and work with colleagues at all levels across Debit, Consumer Bank and partner Products to reach our collective business goals. This role requires being a self-starter / proactiveness, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent Microsoft office skills (especially with PowerPoint / PitchPro+), creativity, and strong project management skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams including overall Business Management, Financial Management (to include headcount & expense management), Objectives & Key Results, and Product Operating Model

  • Manage internal and external messaging and communication vehicles for Product organization related to team's vision, strategy, roadmaps, progress and measures of success

  • Establish and govern management routines, shaping and building content for critical stakeholder engagement (Business Reviews, Executive Management Reporting, Product Reporting, etc.)

  • Drive, manage and support development of materials for weekly business meetings and senior management business unit reviews and strategic agenda setting

  • Build relationships across various stakeholders to enable the business to achieve its objectives and to ensure initiatives are executed as planned in a properly controlled manner

  • Execute on multiple, often quick-turnaround small to large projects with minimal outside assistance

  • Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across technology, data, design, product, and key partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • 5+ years of prior experience in financial services industry

  • A track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

  • Must be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and analytical skills and disciplined execution mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of organization, working well independently and as part of a team

  • Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple activities with tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated, driven, positive, team-player with unwavering personal integrity, adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills, resourcefulness and independence to manage a variety of assignments concurrently

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • 5+ years of prior experience in financial services industry

  • Prior Business Manager experience

  • PitchPro experience
