What You Will Do

As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you'll work with leaders across the go-to-market organization to create and drive forward the product enablement strategy for Trimble's Construction Enterprise Solutions Division. You'll develop sales enablement strategies and plans with the focus of providing the sales team the necessary training to successfully and accurately message and position products, and win deals - with the ultimate goal to increase sales. You'll create learning programs to increase product and foundational knowledge. You'll be a key part of a Center for Excellence team who is collaborative, innovative, influential, and fun!

Partner closely with sales leaders, Product Marketing and other Sales Enablement Program Managers to identify and create enablement aligned to sales goals and seller roles. Provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold.

Develop and execute on our Product Enablement strategy, including learning that seed foundational product and industry knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enablement that is aligned to business objectives and designed for optimal learning.

Create and manage learning and enablement programs to enable seller success

Conduct needs analysis to define strategy and content

Design and develop training and assessment materials for multiple delivery formats, including instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, e-learning (videos, job-aids), and role-play scenarios.

Collaborate with subject-matter experts to plan and develop training goals, objectives, and all course materials for training modules, assessments, tools, and events.

Ensure all materials adhere to principles of instructional design and interactive usability per customer needs.

Analyze key performance indicators and quantify program effectiveness

Utilize sales technologies to influence enablement tools and strategies as well as to track and measure results

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

5+ years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably with a hardware or software company

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design or related discipline

Experience designing and implementing training programs within a sales environment, to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs; ability to effectively design and develop learning content including training, job-aids, documents, and videos.

Experience with all elements of the ADDIE model, from Analysis and Design through developing and monitoring Evaluation models.

Experience using eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline / Rise) to develop online learning modules.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail

Preferred experience with multiple learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms; experience using CRM management systems, Salesforce preferred

Experience independently interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization.

Experience developing enablement specifically for products and industries as well as sales tools and technologies.

Well-organized, self-directed team player. Remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.

Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
