As a Senior Finance & Accounting professional at Procter & Gamble, you will take on a senior role with broader responsibilities in supporting the financial operations of market operations. You will conduct detailed financial analyses, forecasting and articulate sources of growth for your business. Identify opportunities and clearly define what it takes to realize these. Your expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and collaboration will contribute to effective financial operations and decision-making in one of our market operations business sectors.
The role is based in Weybridge, Surrey, easily commutable from London.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership: Lead projects to drive the business and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify Topline and Value opportunities.
Indispensable Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives and drive performance improvements. Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Assist in budget management for demand creation and brand building spend.
Governance: Oversee governance and stewardship activities to maintain compliance with financial policies.
Growing the team: Mentor and develop junior members of the team.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.
Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.
