Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.75

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed on the Grooming manual and Whistler Blackcomb Employee Handbook.

  • Support team/individual performance goals.

  • Handle daily administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, onboarding/off-boarding (Grooming, Summer Trails, Bike Park), filing, email correspondence, notice board updates, bi weekly newsletter and word processing.

  • During Winter, updating the schedule daily and ensuring staffing levels are correct with the help of the assistant manager.

  • Assist with operational tools like Enablon, Honeycomb reviews, SOCs, Deficiency reporting, and safety tracking.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance through an audit trail system.

  • Update daily communication channels (Safety meetings, internal groups, emails).

  • Collaborate with other departments when needed.

  • Consistently follow company grooming standards and policies.

  • Bike Park and Summer Trails Responsibilities:

  • Manage the weekly Bike Park meeting schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

  • Oversee weekly payroll and HR assistance for the Summer Trails and Bike Park crew.

  • Ensure training compliance, track documentation via DocuSign, and monitor safety audits.

  • Handle schedule compliance in legion, procurement, and administrative support across these departments.

Snowmaking Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preventive maintenance planning with Snowmaking and Potable Infrastructure teams (Kanda).

  • Track and manage priorities using MS Project to align maintenance and construction schedules.

  • Capital Projects Responsibilities:

  • Support project management through labor tracking, contractor administration (safety sign-offs, radio/fob distribution), procurement, and spend tracking.

  • Manage capital project invoicing and monthly reporting.

  • Ensure MS Project priorities stay on track, allowing the Project Manager to focus on field quality assessments.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrate core values: Safety First, Striving to be the Best, We Care.

  • Previous office and customer service experience.

  • Aptitude for mathematics, accounting, and accurate record-keeping.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Windows/Office/Excel is a requirement.

  • Experience in Operations, especially Grooming, is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains is an asset.

  • Active listener, and supportive team player with strong communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Flexibility in work hours as needed by the business.

  • Clear criminal record check, BC Driver’s License, and a clean driver’s abstract are mandatory.
