Job Description

Directly supporting the Project Manager the responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining records

* Manage corporate lodging, vehicles, etc.

* Helping Expatriate employees with opening bank accounts, registering SSN, DL, and ext.

* Prioritizing and organizing requests for meetings with executives and general calendar management.

* Prepares agendas and make arrangements such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings.

* Interpretation and translation service of Korean and English

* Coordination of office activities and operations

* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

* Management of business-related purchasing tasks, report preparation, and work environment improvement

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

* At Least 1- 2 years of experience as a Construction Administrative Assistant for large scale projects

* Must be bilingual in Korean and English * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or related null
