Description

We are seeking a Wireless Project Manager with experience specific to Small Cell. This individual will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Develop and manage telecommunications projects (micro, macro, small cell, etc.) from inception to completion.

• Utilize AutoCAD design software to support project needs.

• Assist with preparing comprehensive proposals including scope, schedule, and fee structures.

• Oversee contract management and billing processes.

• Apply extensive design knowledge to guide project development.

• Implement cost and budgetary control procedures effectively.

• Foster professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage a team of designers, CAD technicians, and project engineers.

• Train and develop staff to enhance team capabilities.

• Ensure the delivery of complete design packages, coordinating multiple design disciplines.

• Oversee the preparation of plans, technical specifications, and schedules.

Top Skills Details

1. 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in small cell projects.

2. 2+ years of project management experience directly relating to small cell including design, budgetary procedures, costs, labor, etc.

3. Communication, organization, leadership, reliability, and business development skills.

   Ideal software experience includes Site Tracker, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and AutoCAD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
