As theHR Specialist (Payroll)you will be responsible for adding significant value to the business by assessing and anticipating needs and communicating proactively within the HR department and leadership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Administration of payroll and other human resources processes
• Investigate and provide resolution for payroll concerns
• Track and monitor approval of wage changes
• Track and monitor completion of Associate Care Program requests
• Answer unemployment claims and provide necessary documentation
• HRIS associate employment changes and general updates
• Process manual timesheet adjustments and all types of pay, PTO, timekeeping audits and employee relations
• Participate and occasionally lead HR trainings
