Human Resources Specialist

Hagerstown

*This is a FT Direct Hire position*

Base of $62k-$75k

Do you have one to three years of HR experience? Do you have a passion for Human Resources? In this role, you will support a privately held manufacturing leader and be responsible for:

• Accurately and timely updating the HRIS system

• Hourly recruitment, interviewing and onboarding

• Providing benefit support to associates

• Assist with payroll processing for the site

• Being a resource for human resource related questions and inquiries

• Produce offer letters and other official HR documents

Interested? Well qualified candidates will have:

• 1 to 3 years of human resources experience

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or similar field of study or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• SHRM certification would be a plus

• In depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and software

• MS Office 365, HRIS and applicant tracking systems experience

• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week

This position comes with:

• Competitive base salary of $62,000 - $75,000
