DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Research and review monthly account analysis and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly and annual DOT and other finance and operation reports required for regulatory compliance. Review and supervise PMI inventory cycle count process. Contribute to the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. Performs other related duties as assigned by REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred One to three years of experience in accounting or finance Additional experience beyond three to five years could be considered in lieu of the degree Accounting experience with month-end close, journal entries, and ad hoc reporting Moderate to strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience with Oracle Fusion software * CPA or MBA * Airline industry experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
