DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Research and review monthly account analysis and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly and annual DOT and other finance and operation reports required for regulatory compliance. Review and supervise PMI inventory cycle count process. Contribute to the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
