Our canine group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, is hiring a Administrative Logistics Security Specialist Manager (ALSSM). The Administrative Logistics Security Specialist Manager is responsible for managing and performing advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support wherever necessary by using independent judgement and initiative to determine approaches or actions to take in non-routine situations. Some travel outside of the United States is expected for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and adhere to contractual compliance while supporting the coordination of personnel movement into and out of the country for both official and personal travel
Organize and carry out daily priorities as needed to overcome unexpected challenges
Analyze business methods to improve or simplify procedures or recommended cost reductions including, but not limited to record-keeping, form control, policies and procedures, and workflow; suggest new systems or revisions to established procedures or existing polices
Assist in reviewing and maintaining databases, provide recommendations to management and other team members on personnel and logistical related issues; delegate tasks as needed to maintain steady project operations
Generate / update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using a set schedule and prescribed approach; create / distribute presentation materials for meetings in collaboration with senior personnel
Coordinate all business-related transactions under the U.S. Government canine program
Utilize High-Threat Integrated Tracking Systems (HITS) application, with an appropriate HITS user role, attend mandatory initial training with Diplomatic Security (DS) / Office of Overseas Protective Operations (OPO) and periodic refresher training when provided by the Government
Submit Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Biographical Information (BIO) documents in the HITS application for review and processing by DS/OPO
Coordinate with DS/OPO to ensure accurate and timely processing and review of HITS PII and BIO documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a US Citizen (pursuant to government clearance requirements)
Possess, or be able to obtain a United States Passport
Possess a valid US Driver’s License, if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle
Possess, or be able to obtain, a minimum of a Secret level security clearance
Must possess one or more of the following:
High School diploma with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management
Associate's degree in Business, Project Management, Criminal Justice, or related field of study with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a successful customer service role
Minimum of two (2) years of overseas military deployment, federal government security, or law enforcement experience in an administrative and logistical support/management/supervisory capacity
Ability to maintain strong working relationships and deal effectively with senior US Federal and Embassy personnel
Ability to travel as needed
Must be able to be on call for after-hours communication as needed

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or related field of study
