ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) Perform scheduled inspections and repairs on both machinery and properties. Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. as necessary/directed. Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed, in accordance with established procedures. Determine necessary work on buildings and equipment including, but not limited to, HVAC Systems, Building and Equipment work. Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed. Follow established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service. Maintain general plant and facility standards, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment. Assure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary. Complete procedures and other documents in accordance with ISO 9001. Other assignments as designated by department supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
