Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound and outbound telephone calls for marketing and customer service

• Will clearly communicate with prospects to determine needs for products and services

• Create a positive experience through active listening and high energy customer care

• Set up and maintain accurate account information

• Administer credit policy on assigned products

• Contribute to additional customer service related activities such as statement preparation and direct mail fulfillment

  Requirements:

• Prefer phone customer service experience, outbound and inbound environment

• Experience with customer service and sales

• Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook

• Demonstrate self starting skills, work ethic, with ability to work beyond normal working hours

• Good math, reading and business skills
