Are you looking for the next step in your career in digital?

We are looking for a Search Marketing Specialist who can help us to drive our ambitions in Search Marketing across our EMEIA division.

Joining a central team of digital experts you will help us to evolve our regional websites and e-commerce platforms so that we are discoverable in Search Engines; attracting new audiences, generating leads and tracking ROI.

Working alongside other functional teams including Analytics, Technology, UX, Content and Digital Marketing you will work at a central level to conduct keyword research, identify on-site and off-site improvements and input into our technical roadmap. Alongside driving improvements to organic rankings, you will help us to align and prioritize our paid vs organic activity, copywriting & web content, identify gaps vs competitors and recommend paid budgets.

This role will also be critical in helping us to build capability in the organization through training and support, keeping one eye on emerging trends such as Voice Search, and AI – identifying and sharing best practice, case studies and opportunities with local teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing keyword research, optimization and identification of new opportunities for both paid and organic search.

  • Optimise website content, landing pages and paid search copy

  • Identifying technical site improvements and driving these with our technology and platforms team.

  • Working with local teams (including multilingual sites) to track and monitor our position for keywords, setting up relevant analytics and reporting.

  • Competitor research of paid ads and organic content.

  • Providing hands on support and training to local teams to build capability in the area of search marketing including on relevant tools.

  • Continually improve processes and ways of working with cross functional teams.

    Personal fit

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience specialising in optimizing for Organic and Paid Search (we welcome applicants from Agency or In-house brand teams).

  • Hands-on experience on relevant Search and Analytics platforms – Search Console, Google Ads, GA4, SEMRush, Screaming Frog etc.

  • Experience working in website platforms and working with a technical product team to drive improvements –Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Commerce (Magento) advantageous.

  • A general willingness to work within a team to roll up your sleeves and drive improvements at speed and scale.
