Location: Atlanta Area (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at The Erosion Company. This position

will play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will be

responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the erosion

control industry, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer

engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts,

blog articles, and website updates, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

● Social Media Management: Support in managing and monitoring social media channels (e.g.,

LinkedIn, Instagram) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance

metrics.

● Association Organization: Assist in management of all associations TEC is a member of, and

seek organizations which would be beneficial for the company to join. (e.g. membership

renewals, events, fees, etc.)

● Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and

construction / DOT hotspots to inform marketing strategies and identify potential opportunities

for growth using lead generating platforms.

● Campaign Support: Planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various

channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, and promotional events.

● Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics,

infographics, and other marketing materials to communicate key messages effectively.

● Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify

areas for improvement, and generate insights for optimizing future initiatives.

● Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, such

as organizing files, managing databases, and coordinating meetings or events.

Qualifications:

● Ability to work and communicate with various levels of employees, from Senior managers to

field crew

● Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

● Excellent interpersonal communication

● Strong time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social

media platforms

● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment

● Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and data analysis

software is a plus
