Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a senior level Technical Program Manager with expereince in the automation space to help confiure a benefits configuration project in the health insurance space. This program is working to improve automation processes of benefits and how they are configured properly. It is tied to HRP improvement program. The goal is to configure HRP for the benefits then be able to test it properly. IT Project/Program Delivery Experience. More technical background and understanding

Skills and Requirements

Strong leadership/executive level presence experience working hand in hand with the SVPs

 Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance background experience

 Heavy Technical Program Management experience 10+ years experience

 Experience with automation, BOTs, AI, etc.

 IT Program Delivery experience

 Experience working on automating programs specifically benefits, claims, etc. in the health insurance space.

 Testing experience/exposure

 Claims, provider, clinical program experience

 Rational Team Concert experience or similar. Ex: Jira, Rally, etc. HRP system experience null
