Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. The role involves maintaining the Vendor Master File in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with agency reporting, and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain vendor and customer records.

• Communicate with vendors and customers and make updates as needed.

• Review payment files to ensure requirements are met.

• Assist with administrative duties as necessary to support the Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP system

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

• Associate's degree in Accounting, or related field is desirable

• Minimum 1 year of related Accounting experience
