Danaher Corporation Regional Sales Manager in Xi’an, China

Area of Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling LBS instrument and reagent; Define performance objective target and development plan for each team member Improve employee engagement in team with leadership and achieve the target with measurable planning. Facilitate the sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management. Communicate with dealers about sales policies and company strategies and to participate and guide their implementation to ensure the rapid implementation of the company’s sales policies. Pre-sales technical support to end user and dealers. Basic product training for internal and external groups, including workshop and instrument demonstration. Responsible for the information collection of major competitors in the regional market to ensure that the company’s decision makers have a more rapid market response. Prepare sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management. Routine customer visit and firm relationship with key customers.

Person Specification:

University degree or above; No less than 8 years’ sales management experience at least 5 years’ management experience ; Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups; Fluent in English & Chinese writing & speaking; Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, capability of working independently.
