Primary responsibility/responsibility

1. Responsible for new product demand analysis of high-power DC charger, product definition, architecture design of system scheme, optimization of system design and control strategy,

2. Establish and promote the system development and verification of DC charger products, and lead the review and release of products

3. Interpret the relevant standards of charge and discharge machines, participate in the analysis of competitive products, follow up the technical progress of core devices, and participate in the definition of local and global product routes

4. Optimize the relevant product development process, formulate the charger system design specifications, key device selection criteria to improve research and development efficiency

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

   Job requirements

6. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation or related.

7. More than 5 years of experience in product design and development of DC charging pile, leading the development, verification and production of new products; Proficient in charger control strategy, system integration, core device selection and application is preferred.

8. Familiar with national standard, European standard, American standard and other charging pile product standards, familiar with the technical specifications of charging machine products on the market.

9. Have good team organization and coordination ability, and can actively organize various departments to work together to solve problems.

10. Have good learning and innovation ability, good at studying and discovering problems, good at analyzing the nature of problems, and finding effective solutions to problems.

11. Proficient in Office, AutoCAD and Solidworks.

12. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
