Description and Requirements
The Project Management Group is located in Yonezawa City, Yamagata and Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and manages the development of personal computer products sold by NECPC.

■Roles and responsibilities
◆Development Management
Manage the development of personal computer products sold by NECPC.
Consistency of product specifications between the planning department and the project.
Discuss with the developer according to the requirement document and agree the product specification, cost (including development cost) and development schedule.
Lead the project team and execute the project according to the development process.
Distribute an appropriate number of evaluation samples to relevant departments.
Work closely with the relevant departments to take appropriate countermeasures for any problems that arise.
Provide explanations based on the prepared documents at the judgment meetings for production and shipment.
Coordinate with relevant departments on production and maintenance preparations.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)
Project Team from NECPC R&D members.
Stake holders from NECPC functions. (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service & Support, etc.)
