What’s The Job?

We are searching for a Sales Coordinator to join our York, PA team who would be responsible for the coordination of sales activities, working directly with our sales team to provide related administrative support. This would include day to day administrative activities and assisting the sales team with other growth opportunities. They will support the Sales the sales team and management daily through tracking the sale from order inception to delivery.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

  • Work with various software applications to support our order process.
  • Facilitate the distribution of sales related information between customers and other departments as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
  • Interface with existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist with sales proposal generation, order processing and coordination in our CRM system.
  • Work with various vendors/suppliers in support of the order process.
  • Processing of supplier invoices and billing to customers
  • Maintain & analyze activity in our CRM database with regards to sales orders. Follow through with suggestions for improvement.
  • Resolve sales order and inventory issues and providing feedback to corrective action.
  • Maintain monthly sales reports as required.

What Makes Me Qualified?

  • 1-3 years of Customer Service and/or administrative support experience
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook with an ability to navigate and manage a CRM system.
  • Requires strong problem solving, organizational, project and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to take limited direction and execute a plan.
  • Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must exhibit detail orientation and ability to juggle priorities.
