Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Functional Analyst in ZAPOPAN, Mexico

Job Description

An experienced professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5+ years of experience relevant to this position, with undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with an ability to communicate effectively and work with a broad range of team members and clients.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Operations NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Functional Analyst position is responsible for the delivery and management of the NSPB internal services for the Cloud Operations department of the Oracle NetSuite global business unit. It will work with senior financial members within the NetSuite Business Unit in a non-sales and post-implementation environment. It will manage implementation of our existing NSPB service, create reports, manage access and meet regularly with business stakeholders to identify and resolve business needs. It requires developing innovative solutions for system optimization or addressing unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Post-Implementation Services to the internal netsuite users

  • Orient and guide users to the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting leading practices

  • Document and analyze any unique business requirements

  • Provide solutions and their validation with business stakeholders

  • Configure/Customize the NSPB application based on accepted business requirements

  • Assist in access management for the internal NSPB application as needed

  • Work with users to remediate any priority gaps

  • Attend internal meetings for requirements gathering, status of progress and deliverables

Requirements:

  • EPM Solution consultant (or similar) with 4+ years of experience

  • Hands on implementation experience or support of EPM products

  • Good project/support experience on EPM Cloud Products

  • Demonstrated ability to perform both functional and technical aspects involved with NSPB

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
