Introduction and Overview

The Campus Development Coordinator serves as a support role within the Campus Switzerland Office. The role will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of Campus projects, primarily related to Business Traveler Compliance, Fleet Management and Employee Experience.

The Campus Development Coordinator will be working with different Johnson & Johnson sites and internal stakeholders across Switzerland, as well as external partners and other business partners to ensure timely execution and implementation of key projects.

This job is based in Zug, Switzerland and reports to the Campus Development Specialist. The position is at 60% employment.

Objectives of the Position

Business Travelers project:

  • Ensure the correct process is followed and that business travelers align with immigration rules during their stay in Switzerland.

  • Support the daily assessments and ensure due diligence in each case.

  • Act as point of contact with employees and external providers. Serve as the point of contact for employees completing the Pre-Travel Assessment in Switzerland.

  • Identify critical issues and manage alignment of escalation cases with external Immigration provider.

  • Provide reports and updates to local leadership on progress and status.

Fleet Management:

  • Provide administrative support to Fleet Management (cars, mobile phones).

  • Keep track of mobile phone subscribers and ensure accuracy of data.

  • Coordinate monthly delivery of invoicing reports.

  • Prepare reports, reviews and ad-hoc data comparisons.

  • Act as a backup for fines processing process.

Workplace experience

  • Support the implementation of different initiatives to align location experiences throughout Johnson & Johnson sites in Switzerland.

  • Content updates on SharePoint and registration management, Front-desk training.

  • Implement and constantly improve standard processes.

  • Ensure yearly training are assigned to employees.

The successful candidate must bring excellent organizational, project management and communication skills, be able to work independently and be a great teammate who successfully acts in a multifunctional environment and takes ownership for the assigned tasks.

Our successful candidate has a strong interpersonal skill with a strong can-do attitude as well as to be customer focused. It this position it’s important to have strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and follow-through on processes. The role also requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and carry out responsibilities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Microsoft office applications (required).

  • Experience in Immigration administration (preferred).

  • Experience in processing confidential and sensitive information (preferred).

  • Proficient in English language (required).
